What the model needs to bring: We won’t have wardrobe for the models so please bring along appropriate attire.  The shoot theme is a bike courier, so cycling gear should be worn.  You’ll also need to bring your own bike.  Avoid any clothing with large logos and watch out for ‘hidden’ logos in patterns like Addidas stripes.  If possible, bring a change or two of clothes to give options of what to shoot with.

Compensation: Paid. Each model will receive payment  of kr200/hour which will be paid in cash at the shoot.  If I’ve used you before on a shoot, you will receive kr 300/hr.

The shoot will be very relaxed and should be fun. Models on previous shoots have expressed that it was “The easiest shoot I have been part of, it was fun” and “Wow, that was easy” – so we should be able to have a shoot that is both productive and enjoyable.

Types of models needed: We are looking for 4-6 models for the shoot.  It would be really great to have a mother and/or father with 1 or 2 kids aged between 5-13.  It would also be great to have a couple models over the age of 65.  Otherwise, ages can range anywhere from 25-80+.  Basically, if you are interested in this shoot, let me me know and I’ll see which models work well together.  If you know of anyone over 65 or a little family who might be interested – make sure to let them know about the shoot.

Types of models needed: We are looking for 3-4 models for the shoot . Ages can range anywhere from 25-80+. We are really wanting some models between 40-80 years so if you have a parent or someone that you can convince to come with you, please do so. Otherwise any age within the 25-80 range is good.

As this is a spa shoot you will need to be comfortable posing in a bathing suit. This isn’t a ‘bathing suit’ shoot and we will not be taking ‘sexy’ photos but you will have a bathing suit on in many of the shots. For the massage shots, the model will also be required to lay topless (chest down) on the massage bench. The breasts will not be visible in the images or while shooting and the model will be able to lay down in privacy – but the model needs to be comfortable with showing this amount of ‘skin’ and posing being massaged on the back, lower legs, feet, head.

We will be shooting from 8:00-13:00 for this shoot – 5 hours.  Each model position for this shoot will last 4 hours so the models will have staggered starting times.  One group of models will arrive at 7:30 and shoot from 8:00-12:00.  The later group will arrive at 8:30 and shoot from 9:00-13:00.

Also watch for trademark designs such as the Adidas stripes on pants / shoes/ sweatshirts, or other branding logos which cover an entire garment/accessory.

The shoot is focused on capturing regular people shopping on a regular day in the grocery store. Fairly plain, stylish casual clothes are a good choice. Something you would wear on a relaxed Saturday at a Cafe for example. Depending on the models we get for the shoot we can let you know if we want you to bring any other types of clothes.

Compensation: Paid. Each model will receive payment (kr 200/time) which will be paid in cash at the shoot.

Please arrive at the shoot at 7:30 so you have time to take care of the release and get into wardrobe.  We will be arriving early so the set will be ready when you arrive.   We have limited time in the store and will have to work around the customers who like their groceries early, so it is important that you are on time.  Sorry for the early time (I hate mornings as much as anyone), but that is when the grocery store has the least amount of customers.  We want to be shooting from 8:00-12:00.

Dreamstime has reached 10,000,000 images and is celebrating the milestone by generously giving back to the photographers. Today, November 23, 2010, Dreamstime is giving all

non-exclusive photographers 100% of the royalties on every image sale. To exclusive photographers they are giving 110% royalties. This is a welcomed gesture from Dreamstime as we have seen numerous price and royalty cuts from other agencies this fall.

When: Aug. 7, 2010 @11:00 am -3:00 pm

Please arrive ready to shoot at 11:00.  We will be arriving early to set up the location – so we’ll be prepared to start shooting right away at 11:00.  The dentist clinic is booked only for the shooting hours so it is important that everyone is on time.

Where: Saskatoon, Saskatchewan, Canada – the exact location will be confirmed with the chosen models

Types of models needed: We are looking for 3-4 models for the shoot .  Ages can range anywhere from 20-80.  We are really wanting some models between 40-60 years so if you have a parent or someone that you can convince to come with you, please do so.  Otherwise any age within the 25-80 range is good.

The models should be comfortable with sitting in a dentist chair, having someone’s hands in their mouth (or close to it) (with gloves on), and pretending to work on others as a dentist.  We will have a professional dentist on set and we will obviously not be making use of any of the tools but we will be acting as though we are using them – under the strict superrvision of the dentist.
